Spectrum Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Koramangala. If you have spent any time in Bangalore, you know Koramangala is one of those places that never really sleeps. There are cafes and shops everywhere you look. We are right in the middle of all that. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle consulting projects. It is not a place with a gym or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just go out to one of the local spots for lunch. The work involves a lot of phone calls and emails, so the office is mostly filled with the sound of typing and people talking. It can get a bit hectic during the monsoon when the roads get flooded, but we still make it in. We have a mix of people here, some who have been with us for years and some new faces. It is a plain environment because we think the work is more important than having expensive furniture. We keep the files organized as much as we can, though sometimes things get a bit messy on the desks when we have a big project going on. Being in Koramangala is good because it is central, but the parking is a total nightmare most days. We just deal with it and get on with the day.
