Spandan Events

Our place for Spandan Events is over at E403 in Wilson Garden. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the big commercial blocks downtown. Being in a unit like this means it’s a bit quieter, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on our tasks. We’ve got a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always on. The furniture is a mix of things we’ve bought at different times, so nothing really matches perfectly. We don't really care about that. It’s more about having a place to sit and get the work done. The balcony gives us a bit of air when things get stuffy inside. We have a lot of stuff stored in the corners—boxes, old folders, things we might need later. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. Wilson Garden has its own vibe, and we’ve fit into it over the years. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass front. Most people who come here are just looking for our specific door number. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It helps the day go by. We handle our daily tasks, talk to who we need to talk to, and try to keep things organized. It’s a pretty basic setup, but it’s our space and it works for what we do every day. We usually lock up around six and walk down the quiet street to get home.
