Sowmya Fabricators

This is Sowmya Fabricators. We’re located in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, in the SLN Complex on Kammanahalli Main Road. It’s a big area and easy to get lost in if you don’t have the number. Our unit is 37840. We work with metal mostly. Cutting, welding, and putting things together. The shop is always noisy with the sound of the grinders. There are sparks flying and the smell of burnt metal is always in the air. I’ve been doing this for a long time now. It’s hard on the hands, but it’s good work. We have a small team of guys who know what they’re doing. We don't have a showroom. What you see is the workshop. It’s full of scrap pieces and half-finished projects. We take orders from the bigger factories nearby or from people who just need a gate or a grill fixed. The SLN Complex is a busy spot. There’s always a lot of loading and unloading going on. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a job on time. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a clean job, but someone has to do it. We like seeing the final product when it’s all welded together and solid. It gives a bit of satisfaction at the end of the day. Bommasandra is a place where things get made. It’s not for everyone, but I like the grit of it.
