We are located over at D/3 Peenya 4th Main Road. Our place is in the Maruthi Extension, right behind the HP Petrol Bunk. Being in Peenya makes sense for us since we are in the transport and roadway business. There are always trucks moving in and out of this area. It’s a loud, busy part of town with a lot of dust and noise, but that’s where the work is. We handle moving goods from one place to another. It involves a lot of scheduling and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. Our office is a simple one, mostly just chairs, phones, and a big map on the wall. We don't have anything fancy because we spend most of our time worrying about what's happening on the road. The petrol bunk nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Southern Roadways has been around for quite a bit, and we’ve seen the roads change over the decades. It’s hard work, especially when there are delays or bad weather. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a gritty job, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We take pride in the fact that we know the routes and the shortcuts. It's a local operation with deep roots in the industrial heart of the city. We are here from early morning till the last truck is logged.
