Sourceone Management Services is located in Mahadev Pura, which is one of those parts of Bangalore that never seems to sleep. If you have ever tried to drive through here during peak hours, you know exactly what I’m talking about. The dust and the noise from the construction are just part of the scenery now. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we get things done. We do management services, which basically means a lot of phone calls, a lot of spreadsheets, and trying to keep everything organized. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We don’t have a big marketing budget to make ourselves look like a high-tech startup. We are just a bunch of people who are good at organizing things. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and folders, and we definitely don’t have a professional decorator. We drink way too much tea and talk about the weekend plans while we work through our lists. It’s a very human place. Mistakes happen, someone forgets their lunch in the fridge, or a meeting goes longer than it should. We just deal with it and move on. Being in Mahadev Pura keeps us busy because there are so many other businesses around. We’re just another part of the local landscape, doing our thing in this busy part of Bangalore without making a big deal out of it.
