Source One Management Solutions is based in BTM 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are at No-19, 3rd C Cross, over on 18th Main. Bangalore 76 is a pretty active area with lots of traffic and people moving around all the time. Our office is tucked away in a spot that isn't too loud though. We handle management solutions, which basically means a lot of coordination and sorting things out for other companies. There are a handful of us here and we’ve been working together for some time now. The building is easy enough to find if you know the crosses and mains of BTM. We don't really have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. It’s more like a place where everyone knows each other’s names. We stay busy with the emails and the meetings, trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for the generator to kick in. That's just how it goes here. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the work is finished on time. We usually have lunch together at one of the spots nearby because there is good food in this part of town. It’s a decent life. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the management work, and go home. Usually, someone is making tea in the afternoon and we talk about the local news. It’s not a place where you have to wear a tie.
