We’re just a regular management services firm. We help people find work or help companies find staff, mostly. It’s a lot of juggling different needs. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and it gets a bit loud in here. Other times, it’s just the sound of typing. We don't use a lot of fancy management lingo. We just try to understand what people need and see if we can make it happen. J.P. Nagar is a good spot to be in; there are plenty of cafes nearby when we need a breather. We’ve been around for a while, so we know how the local job market shifts. We aren't perfect, and sometimes things take longer than we’d like, but we stay at it. It’s a practical business. We focus on the basics and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s just a bunch of us working hard in a standard Bangalore office.
