We started Source India Consultancy a while back here in Bangalore. Our office is tucked away at 113, 7th Main in Jai Bheem Nagar, right in the Btm 1st Stage area. It’s a busy part of town, and we like being right in the middle of everything. Most days, we are just busy going through piles of papers and talking to people who are looking for work. We aren't a big fancy firm with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we try to help folks find where they fit. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we get used to it. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People usually find us by word of mouth or just dropping by when they are in the neighborhood. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big speeches. We just focus on the work sitting on our desks. There’s always coffee going and phones ringing. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. If you walk down 7th Main, you’ll see our sign. It isn't anything flashy, just enough so people know where we are. We like the local vibe of BTM. It feels like a real community here. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks through the door or what kind of help someone needs. We just do our bit and keep things moving along.
