You can find us over at number 35 on Wind Tunnel Road in Murugeshpalya. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, but we like it that way. We have been running Soo Ra Sang for a while now. It’s mostly just us in the kitchen making the food we grew up eating. We didn't spend much money on fancy signs or decorations. Inside, it looks pretty simple with regular tables and some old chairs. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients like fermented cabbage and marinating meat. It’s a slow process but it’s the only way we know how to do it. Sometimes we run out of certain items because we can't get the right stuff from the market. We just tell people and they usually understand. The planes from the nearby airport are loud sometimes, but we don't really notice them anymore. We don't have a big staff, so when it gets busy, you might have to wait a little. We don't have a fancy website or a way to book online. People just show up or give us a call on the landline. It’s a small operation and we do everything ourselves, from washing the dishes to cooking the rice. We just try to serve a meal that feels like home. That’s pretty much all there is to it.
