Solarahost, Bangalore

Solarahost is based out of Nethaji Nagar in the Hebbal Kempapura area of Bangalore. We are on 2nd Cross, which is a fairly quiet street most of the time. The office is located in the 560 024 zip code, and it's where we spend most of our waking hours. We deal with hosting and technical things, so there's usually a lot of humming from the machines and people staring at screens. It’s not the kind of place that would impress a decorator, but it’s comfortable for us. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch together. Bangalore is a big city, but our little corner of Hebbal feels more like a community. We’ve known the neighbors for years. The work can be repetitive, but we don't mind that much because it's what we know. We don't have a marketing team writing stories about us. This is just a place where we work on servers and help people get their websites online. It’s a bit of a technical mess sometimes, with cables and wires everywhere, but we know where everything goes. We don't use big corporate buzzwords to describe ourselves. We are just a group of tech-minded folks working in a simple office on 2nd Cross, keeping things running as they should. It isn't always perfect, but we get the job done without too much drama.
