Snr Caterers & Shamiyana

Down in Maruthi Nagar, near Gnanabharathi, you’ll find us at Snr Caterers & Shamiyana. We are located on the 2nd Main, right near 8th Cross. Our place is a bit of a mix because we handle both the food part and the shamiyana setups. That means besides the kitchen stuff, we’ve got poles, heavy cloths, and chairs moving in and out all the time. It’s a lot of lifting and loading. The area here is pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which makes it easier for our trucks to pull in and out. We aren't a big corporation. We are just a local team that handles weddings, small parties, and whatever else comes up in the neighborhood. Usually, our mornings are spent checking the inventory of the tents and making sure the cooking team has what they need. It’s not a polished operation with uniforms and scripts. We just speak plainly and do the work. If you come by, you’ll see us busy with something—either cleaning the shamiyana fabric or prepping a big batch of rice. We've been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s a honest way to make a living. We don't have a marketing department. If people like what we do, they tell their neighbors. That is how we stay busy. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, but we like being part of the events around Gnanabharathi.
