We’re tucked away in the Doddanna Industrial Estate, specifically at No. 21/A on the 13th Cross. If you know the Peenya area, you know how busy the 2nd Stage can get. It’s a maze of different workshops and factories, and we are right in the thick of it near the Vishwaneedam Post. Our building is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of equipment packed in. We do a lot of manufacturing work here, so there is always some kind of humming or clanking going on. The 13th Cross is often lined with vehicles, so getting a truck in to load up takes some planning. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow around us. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know their way around the machines. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the production line isn't jamming up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just try to get the orders right so we don't have to do them twice. It's honest work in a busy part of town. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet for a while, but we just use that time to tidy up the shop floor.
