SMS Communication

Our shop, SMS Communication, is tucked away in Mahalakshmi Layout on 12th Main Road, 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are at number 84. It is a small space, mostly filled with mobile accessories and cards. The road outside can get pretty loud with all the scooters and cars passing by throughout the day. We have been here for some time now, watching the neighborhood change and grow. People stop by for all sorts of things, like getting a quick recharge for their phones or looking for a new charger because their old one broke. We also handle some basic repairs if someone drops their phone and the screen gets messed up. It’s a lot of sitting behind the counter and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool during the summer months. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes we run out of a particular cable and have to wait for the distributor to bring more. It can be a little slow on some days, but we find things to do to keep busy. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents around here. It’s a simple business, nothing too complicated. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening and try to help whoever comes in.
