Smita Homes

Smita Homes is located at 32 Sarjapura, and it’s a place people find easily because we are right near Rosy Cinema and the Chennakeshava Temple. Also, the Kaikondrahalli Bus Stop is just across the street, so it’s very convenient for anyone using public transport. We manage the housing here and it’s mostly about keeping the place running smoothly for everyone who lives with us. It’s not a hotel or anything like that; it’s more of a home-style environment where people stay for longer periods. The building is situated in a busy part of Sarjapura, so there is always noise from the buses and people going to the cinema or the temple. We spend our time checking on the rooms, making sure the water is running, and talking to the residents about any small issues they have. It’s a lot of daily chores and maintenance work. We don't have a big staff, so we do most of the work ourselves. The proximity to the temple gives the area a nice feel during festivals, even if it gets a bit crowded. We’ve been at this spot for some time and have gotten to know the rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s a simple living situation for people who need to be in this part of town for work or other reasons. We just try to keep things honest and functional for everyone who stays here. There’s always something that needs fixing, but we just take it one day at a time.
