We are based over in Agrahara Dasarahalli, right on Nagarbhavi Main Road. Our office is easy to find because we are directly opposite the Saraswathi Convention Centre. Things can get pretty busy around here when there's a big event across the street, but we stay focused on our work. Basically, we help people find jobs. It sounds simple, but it involves a lot of talking and looking through resumes every single day. We don't have a complicated system or fancy corporate branding. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, making phone calls to different companies and talking to people who walk in looking for a new start. A lot of young graduates come by, and so do people who have been working for years but want something different. We listen to what they need and try to see where they might fit. It’s not always a perfect match on the first try, which can be frustrating for everyone, but we keep looking. The office is a bit small and sometimes it gets crowded with people waiting to talk to us. We just try to be helpful and realistic about what’s out there in the market. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job. That is really why we keep this place running. We also spend time checking with the companies to see if they are actually happy with the people we sent over. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right. We don't have an HR background; we just know a lot of people in this area.
