You can find us at C V Raman Nagar, right at the Rupa Surchand Pole Corner, number 75. Smart Mobiles Travels is where we help people figure out their trips and get their tickets sorted. It’s a small office, mostly just some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of maps and schedules on the walls. We handle bus bookings, car rentals, and sometimes longer trips if that's what someone needs. People come in with a general idea of where they want to go, and we try to find a way to get them there that fits their schedule. It’s not always easy because buses get delayed and seats fill up fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with drivers and other agencies. The corner where we are located is usually pretty lively, so there’s always something to look at out the window when things are slow. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the routes pretty well. We’ve been here long enough that people know they can just drop in and ask about a fare or a bus timing. We just try to get the details right so nobody ends up stranded somewhere they don't want to be. It’s mostly just about getting the paperwork done and making sure the driver knows where to go.
