We’ve been here at Banashankari 1st Stage for a while now. The shop is on 50 Feet Road, right at 434/31. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Smart Communication isn't a big place, just a small setup where we handle phones and talk to people about their plans. Most days start around ten in the morning. I open the shutters, sweep the front a bit, and wait for the first person who probably dropped their phone or needs a recharge. People around here know the 4th Main well. It’s mostly locals who stop by. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. Just some glass counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. Sometimes the network is slow, and we just chat while the computer loads. It gets noisy outside with the traffic on 50 Feet Road, but you get used to it after a month or two. There’s a tea shop nearby that brings us glasses in the afternoon. We just try to get the work done so people can go back to their day. If a phone can’t be fixed, I usually just say it plainly. No point in wasting anyone's time. The sign outside has seen better days, but it still says the name clearly enough. We stay open until late, mostly because that's when the neighbors have time to drop by after their offices close up.
