Slv Food Processing Industries

Our facility for Slv Food Processing Industries is at 157/1 in Dommasandra. We are based out in Mallanayakanahalli, which is a bit of a drive for some but it is a good area for the type of work we do. The building is basically a large shed with reinforced floors to handle the weight of the processing units we use. It is always a bit humid inside because of the steam and the regular washing we have to do to keep things right. We deal with raw materials coming in from the local farms quite often. There is a lot of cleaning and sorting that goes on before anything actually gets processed. We wear rubber boots and aprons all day because it can get quite messy on the floor. The noise of the grinders can be pretty loud, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other over the hum. We have a small break area outside under a tree where we sit when the sun isn't too hot in the afternoon. It is a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy bags and moving crates around the floor. We try to keep things as clean as possible, which is a never-ending job in this line of work. The driveway is a bit bumpy and gets muddy when it rains, making it tricky for the transport vans to get in. We have been at this for a few years now and have a good routine.
