Slim Line Seating Systems

Our place, Slim Line Seating Systems, is tucked away in the Kasturi Industrial Estate. The address is 70/2 New Guddadahalli, which is right off Tumkur Road. Being in an industrial area means there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks around us. We make chairs and benches and all sorts of things for people to sit on. It’s a workshop more than an office. We have tools everywhere and the smell of foam and fabric is pretty strong. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time. It’s not a fancy showroom where everything is shiny. It’s where the actual work happens. We cut the frames, do the welding, and stretch the upholstery ourselves. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to get out by morning. Tumkur Road is always packed, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully or we’ll just sit in traffic all day. We aren't some massive factory, just a local spot where we focus on putting things together correctly. People come to us because they know we’re right here in New Guddadahalli and they can see what we’re making. It’s practical work. We just want the stuff we make to hold up well. It’s a bit messy with all the scraps on the floor, but we sweep up at the end of every shift. That’s just how our day goes.
