SKILLSPEC CONSULTING LLP is situated in BTM Layout II Stage. We are in the EKA Apartments, which is Site No. 41 on the 3rd Main, 4th Cross. The address can be a bit of a mouthful when you have to tell it to delivery drivers over the phone. We are in the Dolor Layout section of the neighborhood in unit 5B. BTM is a very crowded area with lots of shops and houses all mixed together. Our office is basically a simple apartment that we converted into a workspace. It makes it quite comfortable to work in. We have our computers set up in what used to be the main living room. There is a lot of consulting work that happens here throughout the day. We use the small kitchen area for our tea breaks. The 4th cross is usually a bit quieter than the big main roads nearby. We have been here for some time now. The building is easy to spot once you finally get on the right street. We do not have a huge staff, just a handful of us who know what we are doing. We spend a lot of time on calls with clients. Sometimes the power goes out for a little bit during storms but the backup system usually kicks in. It is just a normal office where we try to stay on top of our deadlines. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. It is a practical place.
