Sitel Operating Corporation India Limited, though many people still remember us as Cli3L, is located at 793, Vinayaka Circle. We are on the 5th Main, 3rd Cross in the Vijayanagar area of Bangalore. Our zip code is 560040. It’s a very busy part of the city, and Vinayaka Circle is always full of people and traffic. The office is a large space where we have quite a few staff members working at any given time. Even though we are a bigger operation than some of the others nearby, we try to keep things from feeling too corporate or stiff. We talk to each other like normal people and don't use a lot of fancy titles. Most of our day is spent handling our tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and there are always places to grab a quick coffee or a meal nearby. We don't have any glossy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the work without making any mistakes. Sometimes it can be a bit chaotic with so many people in one place, but we have a good system that keeps us on track. We've been in Vijayanagar for years and it feels like home to us now. We just come in, do our work, and keep the operation moving every single day.
