Sindhus Paying Guest

Sindhus Paying Guest is over at 218 Koramangala on the Nirnayanagar Road. We are actually inside the Tungabadra Flat building. Koramangala is a very busy area with lots of cafes and offices, but our specific street is a little bit tucked away from the main noise. This is a simple flat that we’ve converted to take in paying guests who need a spot to live while they work in the nearby tech parks. It’s not a huge place, so it stays fairly quiet most of the time. We have a few beds in each room and we share the kitchen and the living space. The furniture is just stuff we’ve picked up over the years, so nothing matches, but it works for what we need. We don’t do any big marketing or have a polished website. Usually, someone’s friend tells them about a vacancy and they just show up with their bags. We provide basic meals and make sure there is enough water for everyone, which can be a challenge in the summer months. Living in a flat like this means you have to get along with your roommates, and we try to pick people who are easy-going. It’s a very honest way to live in the city without spending too much. The rent is fair and we don’t have a lot of hidden rules. It’s just a place to call home for a bit while you’re figuring things out and working.
