Sim Paying Guest

Sim Paying Guest is located at 41336 Virgo Nagar in the Netaji Nehru Nagar area. We are directly across from the dental clinic. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet at night. We have a few rooms here for people who need a place to stay while they work or study nearby. It’s not a hotel, just a simple place to sleep and keep your things. We try to keep it clean and tidy, but it’s a lived-in house, so it feels like a home. There is a common area where people can sit and talk or watch some TV after a long day. We don't have a big staff. It’s mostly just us looking after the place and making sure everything is working like the plumbing and the lights. We’ve had all sorts of people stay with us over the years. Some stay for a month, others for much longer. We have a kitchen where people can cook their own meals if they want. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past and seeing the address. We don't make big promises about luxury. It’s just a basic, decent place to live for a while. We live nearby too, so if there is ever a problem, we can usually fix it pretty quickly. It’s a simple arrangement for everyone.
