Silpins Associates

Silpins Associates is over in the Yeshwantpur Industrial Suburb. We are specifically at G145 D near the Devaraj Urs Truck Terminal. It's a heavy-duty area with lots of trucks and noise all day. We do our work right in the middle of all that activity. The office is basically just a functional room where we keep our logs and handle the paperwork. It gets quite dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we manage. Being near the truck terminal means there’s always something moving. We see a lot of different people coming through the industrial area every day. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy visit. It’s for work. We have been at this location for a while now and we know the neighbors well. Most of the other units around us do manufacturing or shipping. We just do our part in the chain. The tea shop near the terminal gate is where we go when we need to get away from the noise for ten minutes. It’s part of the daily routine for us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break then. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. You have to look closely to find us if you haven't been here before. It's a straightforward setup. We get in early and stay until the job is done.
