Our office is in a building called Kaushik, located in the 560043 area of Bangalore. Despite the name Silicon Valley Consultants Pvt Ltd, we aren't some massive tech giant with thousands of employees. We are a much smaller group than the name might suggest. The building is fairly standard for this part of Karnataka. We have been here for a good while, and most of the neighbors know us by now. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles that only half of us understand. The commute can be a bit of a struggle depending on which way you are coming from, but that is just Bangalore life. We spend our days consulting on various projects. It involves a lot of sitting and typing. We don't have a fancy breakroom, just a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. Sometimes we bring in lunch from home and eat together at the main table. It feels more like a family than a corporation. We aren't interested in using a lot of buzzwords to describe what we do. We just help businesses with their problems and try to be as useful as possible. The office is a bit cluttered with old hardware and boxes, but we know where everything is.
