Silicon Mobile Telecommunications

Located in Electronic City 4th Phase 2, Silicon Mobile Telecommunications is where we spend our whole day. Being in such a tech-heavy part of the city, things move pretty fast around here. Our shop is mostly focused on phones and the various gadgets that go with them. We have chargers, screen guards, and all sorts of cables hanging from the walls. It can get a bit overwhelming with all the different models coming out all the time. I spend a lot of time behind the small counter, trying to fix a cracked screen or explaining why a battery isn't holding a charge anymore. Electronic City is always full of people rushing to their offices, so we get a lot of customers during the lunch hour or right after five. The space we have at 4th Phase 2 isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just me and my assistant mostly. We listen to the radio while we work and try to keep up with all the new updates in the mobile world. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of cable and have to wait for the delivery, which can be annoying for the customers. We aren't perfect, but we do our best with what we have. It’s just a small spot in a big tech hub, and we’re happy to be here.
