If you find your way to Chamraj Pet, we are at No. 92/1 on the 3rd Main Road. It is specifically on the 7th Cross, a spot that can get quite crowded with people and scooters during the day. We are up on the second floor there. Dealing with metals in an old area like this is interesting because the streets are narrow and everything feels very close together. Our day usually starts with checking what stock we have and seeing who called about a price for copper or brass or whatever else is moving that week. It is a lot of back and forth on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a big warehouse attached right there on the second floor, so it is more of an administrative spot where we manage the trades. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around the 7th Cross. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the rain makes the narrow roads hard to navigate, but we just wait it out. We have been in this part of Chamraj Pet long enough to know the rhythm of the place. It’s a lot of work keeping track of market prices and making sure our records are right, but we’ve been doing it this way for quite a while now without much fuss.
