We are located at number 2, on the 1st Cross of Santhusapet, which is just off A S Char Street in Chickpet. If you know Chickpet, you know how narrow and busy the streets can be. It's a real maze in here. Our place is right in the thick of it. We've been here for many years, tucked away in this old building. It’s a bit dark inside sometimes, but we have plenty of lights. We handle exports, which sounds grand, but it’s mostly just us packing boxes and checking lists. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a few tables and a lot of packing tape. The neighbors are all in the same line of work, so we help each other out with trolleys and stuff. It gets very hot in the summer, and the fans barely do anything. We drink a lot of water and just keep going. Usually, we are busy from ten in the morning until late at night. There’s always another box to pack or another invoice to write. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write nice things about us. This is just a place where we work hard and hope for the best. It's a bit chaotic with all the porters moving through the lanes, but it’s home for us. We've been through a lot of ups and downs here, but we just keep at it because that's what we do.
