Shruthi Event Management

We are located on the first floor of building number 71 on 2nd Main Road in Indira Nagar, right near Old Madras Road. The stairs up to our office are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step when they arrive. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the street below, which is always busy with bikes and cars. The office itself is one large room that we’ve divided up with some simple partitions. We have a lot of folders and binders stacked on the shelves because there is always some event or another to keep track of. It gets a bit loud because of the traffic on Old Madras Road, but we’ve learned to talk over it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to coordinate with different suppliers across the city. We have a small table in the corner where we sit to have our tea and talk about the upcoming schedule. There isn't any fancy decor here, just some maps and a whiteboard with dates scribbled all over it in different colors. We’ve been operating from this Indira Nagar spot for a good while and we know the local shopkeepers well. It’s a practical space where we can get our work done without too many frills. We usually close up around seven in the evening unless things are really busy. When it rains, the water drips a bit near the window, but we just put a bucket there.
