Shriji Gourmetlines Pvt Ltd. You can find us over on St. Johns Road, near the Dr Ambedkar Road intersection at 37/10. It’s a busy spot with lots of cars and people passing by all day long. We spend most of our time in the back, dealing with boxes and papers. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. The building is an old one, so it has its quirks, like doors that don't always shut right. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s always someone coming in to drop off a package or ask for directions. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things organized. It gets pretty frantic around the middle of the month with all the orders we have to manage. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of shelves. Sometimes we go out for tea at the stall around the corner just to get away from the computer screens for a bit. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything is where it’s supposed to be. We just keep going, day after day, trying to stay on top of the pile of work. It’s a bit of a grind but we’re used to it. The traffic outside is constant, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking and the occasional phone ringing.
