Shri Tirumala Telelinks

We have been here on Mirza Road in Anekal for quite a while now. It is just a small shop, nothing fancy, but we keep busy with people coming in for their mobile needs. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when everyone finishes work and wants to top up their phones. We handle various recharges and sim card issues that folks around here run into. It’s mostly just us chatting with the regulars who live nearby. The shop is at number 1, so it’s easy to find if you’re walking down the main stretch towards the market. We don't have a huge team, just a couple of us who know how these things work. Most days are pretty standard, just fixing small errors or helping someone pick out a basic phone. We’ve seen the technology change a lot over the years, but the basics of staying in touch remain the same. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people, but inside we just focus on the job at hand. We don't spend much time on decorations or big signs. If someone needs a quick top-up or has a question about their plan, they just drop by. It’s a local spot where you know the faces behind the counter. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the internet is slow or a system goes down, but we just manage it as it comes. It’s just a normal part of life here in Anekal, doing what we can to help people.
