You can find us over in Basaveshwara Nagar, specifically in the 3rd Stage, 4th Block. We are tucked away a bit, West of Road 8. This place is always busy with activity from early morning. It’s mostly about the papads here. There is a specific rhythm to how we do things, starting with the dough and moving on to the drying. It’s not a fancy factory with huge machines; it’s more about the hands-on work that everyone does together. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it feels like a second home to many of the women who work here. The smell of spices and flour is something you just get used to after a few minutes. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. Most of the people who buy from us have been doing so for years because they know where we are and what we do. The space is filled with stacks of trays and bags ready to be moved. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating with the drying process, but we figure it out. We just focus on getting the daily quota done and making sure everything is packed correctly before the day ends. It’s a straightforward operation, based on routine and people working side by side in the 4th Block. We keep things simple and just keep going, day after day, making sure the quality stays right.
