We operate out of 15 S R Nagar, right there in the Siba Society part of Amrut Nagar. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going quite a bit. Logistics is mostly about moving things from one place to another without losing anything along the way. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where drivers are or making sure the loading is finished. The office at Geetanjali is where we keep all the logs and schedules. It’s not a very quiet place, especially when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve got a small team here that knows the routes pretty well. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the weather is bad or traffic is backed up on the main roads. We just try to keep the boxes moving and the paperwork sorted out. You won't find any marble floors or suits here, just people in boots and jackets getting the job done. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and know most of the shortcuts. It’s practical work. If something needs to get across town or further, we figure out the best way to load the truck. Sometimes we're here late finishing up the manifests, but that's just part of the routine in this business. We usually have some coffee going in the corner to stay awake during the night shifts.
