Shree Manikanta Telecom

Shree Manikanta Telecom is located at number 32 on Madras Bank Road. It is an interesting spot because it is right in the middle of a very busy part of town, but our specific street is usually a little quieter than the main roads surrounding it. The shop is very basic and doesn't have any flashy decorations. We have a few glass display cases and a small wooden workbench in the back where we do all the technical work. It is mostly just me and one other person running the place most days. We handle all sorts of things, like selling SIM cards or fixing buttons on phones that have seen a lot of use. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we are usually too busy with the daily repairs to actually get around to it. There is a large desk where we keep all the records and a box of spare parts that we’ve collected over the years. It isn’t the kind of place where you will find the most expensive new gadgets in the window. We are more focused on just getting things fixed for the people who live or work in this neighborhood. Lunch usually happens whenever there is a gap in the customers, so it’s never at the same time. We get quite a few office workers coming in during their break, so it can get crowded for a short while. We have been here long enough that we know many of the faces that pass by our window every day.
