Shivam Computer & Stationers

You can find Shivam Computer & Stationers over at 3 Vimanapura, inside the VBK Plaza. We are quite close to the Leela Palace Hotel, which is a big contrast to our small, practical shop. While the hotel is all fancy, we are just here selling pens, notebooks, and doing computer repairs. The VBK Plaza is a decent building, though it gets a bit busy during the middle of the day. We have shelves lined with everything from staplers to hard drives. It’s a mix of a traditional stationery shop and a tech repair place. A lot of people from the nearby offices come in when they run out of ink or need a quick photocopy. We also spend a lot of time looking at broken screens and trying to recover data. It’s not the quietest job, especially with the road noise from Vimanapura, but we are used to it by now. The shop is a bit small for all the stock we keep, so things are stacked pretty high. We try to keep it organized, but when it gets busy, that's easier said than done. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just rely on people in the neighborhood knowing we are here. If you need a pen or a laptop fix, we are usually around from ten in the morning until the evening. We usually keep some spare change ready for the customers because the small items sell the most.
