Shiva Subramaniya Industries

We are located at D No. 55/B, which is on the 1st Cross in Manjunathanagar. This part of New Guddadahalli, right off Mysore Road, is mostly industrial. Shiva Subramaniya Industries is right in the middle of it. The sound of machinery from the neighbors is constant. Our own space is filled with the tools and materials we need for our daily work. It’s dusty. No matter how much we sweep, the dust comes back by the afternoon. We have heavy doors that stay open during the day to let the air move through. It gets hot inside when the machines are running. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually, it's just work clothes that can get grease on them. There is a small area for the office work, but most of the action happens on the main floor. We’ve been at this Mysore Road location for years. The guys who work here have been together a long time. We know how each other works without having to say much. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and find someone. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We do the work, fix what's broken, and make sure everything is ready for the next day. Mysore Road is always humming with activity, and we are just one part of that machine. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a bit much, so we take breaks outside.
