Shiva Roadways

Our office is at 2 Chamrajpet 9th Main, in the 5th Block. We are situated very close to the Rameshwara temple, which makes it easy for people to find us. This is a transport business, so our days are mostly filled with managing trucks and schedules. It gets quite loud outside with all the temple traffic and people moving about. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with logbooks and delivery receipts. We have been at this same spot for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go when they have goods that need to be moved across the city or further away. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us handling the phones and talking to the drivers. Sometimes the trucks are late because of the traffic, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to figure out where they are. It can be stressful, but it is just part of the job. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just move things from one place to another. The drivers often stop by for a chat or to get their next set of instructions. It is a very grounded, local operation. We just try to keep the wheels turning and get the work done every single day. There is no magic to it, just keeping everything on track.
