Our shop, Shiv Shakti Telecommunication, is at Dabolkar Wadi 101 in HSR Layout. It’s a busy area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for some time now. Mostly, we deal with phones, connections, and all that telecommunication stuff that people need for their daily lives. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local business where we know many of our customers by their first names. HSR Layout is a great place to be because there is always something going on. Dabolkar Wadi 101 is where we spend most of our waking hours. We keep the shelves stocked and the counters ready for whoever walks in. It’s not always glamorous work, fixing signal issues or sorting out data plans, but it’s necessary. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but we clean up when we can. We don't have a fancy marketing department. Our name, Shiv Shakti Telecommunication, is on the sign outside and that’s about it. We rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. If you’re around HSR Layout, feel free to drop in. We are usually there from morning till late most days. It is a good spot for us and we enjoy being here with the community.
