Shining Star Play Home & Nursery

Shining Star Play Home & Nursery is located at number 23 on Makkan Road. We are tucked away on that street that runs parallel to Narayan Pillai Street, right near Commercial Street in Bangalore. It is quite close to the Makkan Road Mosque, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We have been here for some time now, looking after the little ones from around the neighborhood. The building is simple and we’ve tried to make it comfortable for the kids. It’s not one of those big, cold centers. It feels more like a home, which is what we wanted. Since we are in the 560001 area, it gets busy with all the shops and traffic nearby, but inside it’s just the kids playing and learning their nursery rhymes. We deal with toddlers and young children mostly. Our days are filled with snacks, naps, and a bit of drawing. It can get messy sometimes, but that is just how it goes with kids. The staff here are locals who live nearby. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work of keeping the children safe and busy while their parents are at work or running errands in the city. If you are walking down Makkan Road, you will see our gate. It’s a straightforward place for parents who need a nursery in this part of town.
