Shilpa Tele Services has been on Banneraghatta Road for quite a while now. We are right at 130, Adamiya Ka Tekra 3rd Cross. If you live around here, you probably know the spot. It's just a small place where we handle phone stuff. People come in when their screens are cracked or if they need a new connection. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the afternoons, but we try to get through the repairs as fast as we can. It’s mostly just us working here every day. We deal with all sorts of mobile problems and talk to the same neighbors all the time. The shop isn't fancy, just a counter and some tools in the back. We started doing this because we like fixing things. It’s a busy street, so there is always someone dropping by for a recharge or a cable. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure people stay connected. If you are walking down 3rd Cross, you will see our sign. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we're still here doing the same work. Most of our tools are a bit old but they do the job. We keep a stock of basic parts so people don't have to wait too long. It's just a regular local shop where we drink tea and fix gadgets. We don't have a big website or a call center, just a landline that we pick up when we aren't too busy with a soldering iron.
