Sheriton'S Museum

We are up on the 2nd floor of Pinto Towers, right on Residency Road. Even though the name says museum, it’s more of a place where we keep a lot of interesting old things. The office at number 31 is usually quiet compared to the traffic outside. We spend a lot of time cleaning things and making sure everything is where it belongs on the shelves. Residency Road is always moving, but inside our space, time feels a bit slower. We have visitors who come in to look at what we have, and we usually end up chatting about where a certain piece came from. The floors are polished, and the light comes in nicely through the windows in the morning. It’s not a massive place, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into the rooms. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the history of the items we keep here. Sometimes we spend the whole day just reorganizing a single display or updating the inventory logs. It’s a steady kind of job that requires a bit of patience. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a buffer from the street noise, which is nice when you're trying to focus on something delicate. We just like keeping the place tidy and ready for whoever walks in next. There’s usually a pot of tea on the table in the back room if anyone needs a break.
