Shehzan Steel Furniture

We are based at 41580 Bangalore City 1st Stage, on 12th A Cross just off Double Road. It’s a place where we do a lot of heavy lifting and metal work. You can usually hear the sound of tools and the clanging of steel sheets if you walk by during the day. We make things like cupboards, racks, and frames that people need for their homes or offices. The shop is more of a workshop really, with tools scattered around and some finished pieces standing in the corner waiting to be picked up. Double Road is always moving, so there’s a constant stream of traffic passing the front door. We get a lot of dust from the street, so the steel needs to be wiped down before it goes out. There isn't much in the way of decoration here, just the workbench and the materials we use every day. We spend most of the time measuring and cutting or painting the items a standard grey or blue. It’s hard work and it gets quite warm when the sun is hitting the roof. We don't have a fancy front desk, usually, we just talk to people while we are working on something. It’s a practical setup for making things that are supposed to last a long time. We’ve been here in the 1st Stage for a while, and the neighbors all know the sound of our shop.
