Shazia Fabricator

Shazia Fabricator is my shop, and you can find us at number 75 in Bilekahalli, over in Wadoli Village. We’re right near the Deepika Hotel, which is a good spot for people to grab a tea while they wait for their work to be finished. I’ve been doing fabrication for a long time now. We handle all sorts of iron and steel work, mostly gates, grills, and small repair jobs for the houses around here. The shop isn't very large, and it can get pretty hot in the summer with the welding going on all day. It’s just a simple workplace with a concrete floor and my basic tools. I don't have a secretary or a marketing team, just a few local boys who help me out with the heavy lifting and the grinding. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most of our customers are just people living in Wadoli Village who see us working when they walk by. Sometimes people from the hotel come over and ask what we're making. It’s a bit messy with scraps of metal everywhere, but that’s how a real workshop looks. We try to get the jobs done when we say we will, though sometimes materials arrive late and we have to catch up. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. We're usually open from the morning until the sun goes down, Monday through Saturday.
