Our office is tucked away at 771 HAL 2nd Stage. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by our door. Running a transport company means the phone never really stops ringing. Drivers are calling about traffic, or customers are asking where their stuff is. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules. The office has piles of logbooks and old clipboards everywhere. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. HAL 2nd Stage is a nice area, but parking the bigger vehicles can be a real pain sometimes. We usually start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is a lot of coordination involved in moving things from one place to another. We have a small team here, and most of us have been together for a while. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or big corporate talk. We just focus on getting the trucks on the road and making sure they get where they need to go. Sometimes there are delays because of rain or roadwork, which makes for a stressful day. But that's just the nature of transport. We sit around, drink our coffee, and figure out the best routes. It’s a simple business, really, just about moving things and keeping our word.
