Shariff Egg Centre

We've been at Shivananda Circle for quite a while now. Most people around here know the shop just by looking at the crates stacked up. It’s a simple setup. We deal with fresh eggs every single morning. The trucks come in early, usually when it’s still dark out, and we get everything sorted before the neighborhood really wakes up. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. Some days are busier than others, especially when the local bakers come by to stock up for their cakes. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the empty trays piled high. If you’re walking past 41311, you’ll see us right there. We don't do much else, just focus on getting the eggs out to whoever needs them. It’s hard work, keeping track of everything and making sure nothing breaks, but that’s just how it goes. My hands are usually dusty from the cardboard by noon. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, more traffic and new faces, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It’s not a fancy place by any means. Just a regular spot where people get what they need for their breakfast or their business. Sometimes the tea stall guy next door comes over to chat when things are slow. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here at Shariff Egg Centre.
