Shakti Fabrications

Our shop, Shakti Fabrications, is tucked away in Vigneswara Layout. It is at Number 12/1 on Bank Avenue in the Babusapalya area. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It is a local neighborhood place. We do mostly metal fabrication, like making window grills or door frames for the houses nearby. The layout is usually quiet, but our shop adds a bit of noise when we are working with the cutters. We have a few welding machines and some heavy benches for the metal. It is not a fancy setup, just a place to work. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or folks from around Babusapalya. We like being part of the community here. The shop floor is usually covered in some dust and metal shavings. We clean up at the end of the day, but it starts all over again the next morning. It is just me and a couple of other workers. We take the jobs as they come in. Sometimes it is busy and we have to work late to get things finished. We do not use any high-tech systems, just our eyes and our hands to get the measurements right. If someone needs something made of iron, they usually find their way to Bank Avenue. We stay pretty busy just by doing what we know. It is a basic business.
