We are tucked away on Jayanagar 5th Cross, right in the 1st Stage at number 10. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with phone accessories and chargers hanging on the walls. People come in all day for different things. Some need a new screen guard because they dropped their phone, and others just want to top up their balance. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It’s a bit cramped inside when more than three people show up at once. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the basic repairs. Sometimes we have to send a phone out if the problem is too complicated, but we try to fix what we can here. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the nearby market. We keep the radio on in the background, usually some local news or songs. It’s not a high-end showroom. It’s just a place to get your phone sorted out without spending too much. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. We know which networks work best in which part of the building. It’s funny how much people rely on their phones these days. If a phone is down for an hour, they get really worried. We just try to help them get back online as fast as we can.
