Our small setup is located at No.3 on Isab Saheb Street. We are quite close to Fun World, which is a big help when people are trying to find us in the J C Nagar area. The street itself can be pretty busy during the weekends, but we are used to the hustle. We operate out of a modest ground-floor space that makes it easy to move our supplies in and out. There isn't much room for anything other than the cooking equipment and the storage shelves. We spend a lot of time standing around the stoves, especially when we have several orders lined up. The smell of frying spices usually fills the air around our part of Isab Saheb Street by midday. We don't use any fancy machinery; it's mostly manual work, stirring the pots and tasting the sauces to make sure they are right. The staff here are just local people who know how to cook for a crowd. We don't have a fancy office or a marketing team to talk about what we do. Most of our day is just spent checking the inventory and making sure we don't run out of gas or oil. It’s a very practical business where we focus on the task at hand. When the sun goes down, we clean the whole place top to bottom so we can start again the next morning. It takes some time, but it’s part of the job.
