Shabari Condiments & Cold

Our shop is on Magadi Road at 30/2. It’s a simple place, mostly focused on condiments and cold drinks. People usually stop by when they’re thirsty or need to grab something small on their way somewhere else. We’ve got the refrigerators humming in the back all day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. It’s not a very big shop, just enough room for the essentials. We don’t put up big posters or try to talk people into buying more than they need. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the neighborhood who we see every week. It feels good to know the people around us. We spend a lot of time just waiting for the next customer and keeping the place neat. Magadi Road is always loud and dusty, so we’re constantly wiping down the counters. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a fancy business plan. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if people are still walking around. It’s just Shabari Condiments & Cold, nothing more and nothing less. Just a regular business trying to stay helpful for the folks living nearby. We just take it one day at a time here on Magadi Road and keep it going.
