Sgsolutions is based at Plot No. 2 in Adyapak Nagar, Navanagar, Hubli. The pin code is Hubli_25. We are a small outfit working out of this plot. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything, just a simple building where we’ve set up our equipment. Navanagar is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main Hubli market areas, which we actually prefer. It gives us a bit of room to breathe. The office inside is mostly just desks, chairs, and a few cupboards for storage. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so sometimes there's a bit of dust on the shelves. We just wipe it off when it bothers us. We spend our days handling whatever comes through the door or the phone lines. There’s a ceiling fan that clicks a bit when it’s on high speed, but we’ve learned to ignore it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We bring our own water bottles and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon slump. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just us, a few people in Hubli trying to make things work. We take the work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s a practical way to run a business without any unnecessary noise or corporate polish.
